Job summary

Mercy Hospital Saint Louis is seeking a full-time RN for the Float Pool, days or nights. You will provide patient care across multiple units, applying the Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (6 months must be within the past year).
• Nursing degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred).
• Current Missouri RN license; BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
• Rotate across units including Med/Surg, ICU, CVICU, Oncology, Neurology and Orthopedics.
