Job summary

Mercy South Float Pool is seeking an RN to thrive on variety across units at Mercy South. This part-time role (24 hours/week) offers flexible scheduling with 12-hour and 8-hour shifts in day/evening/night options and opportunities to rotate through Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, ER, and more.

Competitive pay with tiered differentials, up to $10,000 sign-on for eligible RNs, benefits day one, BSN preferred, and a supportive team culture at Mercy. Location: 10010 Kennerly Road, St.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bedside RN experience.
• Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred).
• Current RN license in the state.
• BLS through the American Heart Association.

• Coordinate patient care with other departments.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of information.

Flexible Scheduling Options:

• 12-hour shifts: 7 AM – 7 PM or 7 PM – 7 AM
• 8-hour evening shifts: 3 PM – 11 PM

Competitive Pay with Tiered Differentials:

• Tier 3 (Med/Surg): +$5.00/hr
• Tier 2 (Stepdown): +$7.50/hr
• Tier 1 (ICU): +$10.00/hr

Additional Shift Differentials:

• Evening: +$2.75/hr
• Night: +$4.60/hr
• Weekend: +$1.50/hr

Sign-On Bonus:

Up to $10,000 for eligible RNs!

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1–2 years of bedside RN experience
• Education: Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred)
• License: Current RN license in the state
• Certifications: BLS through the American Heart Association
• Physical requirements/demands:
  • Push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Prolonged standing and walking each shift
  • Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
