Job summary

Mercy Hospital Saint Louis is seeking RNs to join the Float Pool on a full-time basis, with day or night shifts. We value growth, learning, and compassionate care, offering sign-on incentives and tuition support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (6 months must be within the past year).
• Nursing degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred).
• Current RN license in Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process within Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model.
• Coordinate patients' care with other departments and maintain patients' rights and confidentiality.
• Work across units in the Mercy Float Pool including Med/Surg, ICU, CVICU, Oncology, Neurology and Orthopedics and more.
• Maintain professional accountability in alignment with Mercy Service Standards.
