Qualifications

• Enrolled in BSN or MSN program within six months of hire or rehire and graduate by third employment anniversary date.
• Current New Jersey RN licensure as required by law.
• AHA BLS required; ACLS within 6 months of hire; dysrhythmia course within 3 months of hire.
• Stroke CEU 8 annually; National certification in specialty area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care through the nursing process.
• Collaborate with patient, family and multidisciplinary team through communication, coordination, and evaluation.
• Adhere to policies, standards of practice, and regulatory requirements.
