Job summary

Bethesda Health Group is seeking an experienced nurse leader to oversee multiple nursing neighborhoods and support the Director of Nursing. You will promote collaboration with physicians, analyze issues, and drive improvements in resident care.

The role includes weekends on call, staff coaching, and participation in infection prevention initiatives. The ideal candidate has an RN license in Illinois, a nursing degree, and several years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing; RN license in IL.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent preferred.
• Three to four years of recent nursing experience with administrative/supervisory competency.

Responsibilities

• Provide management oversight for multiple nursing neighborhoods and assist the Director of Nursing.
• Lead infection prevention and control programs and coordinate with facility staff.
• Participate in care planning meetings, MDS sections, and restorative programs.
