Job summary

Bethesda Health Group is seeking an experienced Nursing Administrator to provide oversight for multiple nursing neighborhoods and support the Director of Nursing. You will promote collaboration with physicians and care teams, analyze problems, and implement corrective actions to improve resident care.

You will lead infection prevention programs, coordinate admissions, and mentor staff. The role requires strong supervisory skills, organizational ability, and a commitment to safety and quality

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Current RN license in the state you will be working.
• Completed specialized training in infection prevention and control through accredited continuing education.
• Three to four years of recent nursing experience with administrative and supervisory competency.
• One year management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide management oversight for multiple nursing neighborhoods and support the Director of Nursing.
• Promote collaboration with physicians and other health care disciplines.
• Analyze problems and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate bed assignments and participate in admissions/ transfers.
• Lead infection prevention and control initiatives and annual risk assessments.
• Mentor staff and ensure documentation and reporting are accurate.
