YAI Network seeks a licensed Registered Nurse in California to provide nursing services to persons supported in assigned programs. You will collaborate with direct support staff and program leadership, perform health assessments, document care, and coordinate with medical providers.

The role requires strong clinical judgment, BLS certification, and ability to manage urgent calls, maintain eMAR, and ensure HIPAA compliance. Travel between programs may be required.

Formación

• Active California RN license and BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years of professional nursing experience with I/DD or crisis care.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing services for persons supported in assigned programs.
• Collect data for assessments and update medical records.
• Notify physicians of life-threatening or notable concerns.
• Document encounters in appropriate systems per regulations.
• Educate about treatments, medications, and healthy lifestyle information.
• Triages calls outside of regular hours and directs actions.
• Monitor patient conditions and coordinate with medical providers.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and regulatory guidelines.
