Job summary

Bardstown Health & Rehabilitation is seeking registered nurses to join our skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Bardstown. Full-time night shifts (Fri-Sun 6PM-6AM) and part-time day shifts (Saturdays) are available. Earn $34–$38 per hour with shift differentials and access to daily pay.

Qualifications

• Active state RN license.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred.
• Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended time periods.
• Team player with strong communication and passion for senior care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to meet resident needs per standards of practice and physician orders.
• Plan nursing interventions for residents based on individual needs and monitor implementation.
• Evaluate care effectiveness and identify problems, developing alternatives as needed.
• Conduct family and resident education.
• Administer medications and treatments per center policy.
• Transcribe physician orders and chart progress accurately.
• Identify and report changes in condition to supervisor, physician and family.
• Coordinate resident rehabilitation with therapists to meet needs.
