Job summary

Barbourville Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a new pay scale starting at $36/hour. The facility offers 7:00 pm to 7:00 am shifts and a comprehensive benefits package, with focus on community care and patient-centered outcomes.

You will render care in assigned units, administer medications, collaborate with the health care team, and engage in resident education to support positive health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license (RN) required.
• Associates degree or higher in nursing preferred or required depending on state.
• Experience in long‑term care setting is desirable.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role.

Responsibilities

• Render nursing care in assigned area following established standards.
• Administer medications accurately and document patient responses.
• Coordinate with health care team and communicate plan of care.
• Provide patient and family education using teaching methods.
