Qualifications
- Active LPN license in the state.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- LTC/SNF experience preferred; new grads welcome.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to meet resident needs per standards and orders.
- Administer medications and treatments with precision.
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs and interdisciplinary teams.
- Support residents’ physical, emotional and psychological well-being.
- Assist with resident comfort and safety.
- Monitor and document vital signs; track catheters and wound care.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all policies and regulations.
