Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, KS is seeking a dedicated RN for Special Procedures. You will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians and a broad care team.

Responsibilities include procedures, documentation, and patient education. You will support quality improvement efforts and contribute to a holistic treatment plan for optimal recovery.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in state of employment.
• ACLS certification required or must be obtained within 90 days of start date.
• BLS/CPR certification required within 30 days of start date.
• RN diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care in collaboration with caregivers.
• Perform procedures and document care in the medical record.
• Educate patients and families about condition, plan, medications, and follow-up steps.
• Promote evidence-based practices and continuous improvement to achieve quality measures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan and optimize patient recovery.
