Allina Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Medical Surgical Unit in Owatonna, MN. This casual (0.0 FTE) 12-hour day/evening shift offers flexibility with no weekend requirements and a competitive hourly pay range.

You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop and coordinate plans of care with families, and ensure safe, high-quality nursing care in collaboration with the care team.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational nursing degree with 0–2 years RN experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing with 2–5 years RN experience.
• Active RN license in MN or WI and ACLS/ALS certifications or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs and outcomes.
• Establish and manage the plan of care with ongoing supervision and modification.
• Maintain competencies and apply evidence-based nursing practice.
• Coordinate and delegate to ensure safe, effective care with the care team.

Education
