Job summary

Genesis HealthCare, Inc. is seeking a Skin Health Team Lead (RN) in Albuquerque, NM to drive a comprehensive wound management program in partnership with nursing center leadership.

You will serve as the clinical expert for skin, wound, and incontinent products, oversee related equipment, and support the team in delivering high-quality care to residents. Strong wound care and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• RN license required and must obtain/will complete Skin Health Team Lead orientation and Wound Basics within 90 days
• National wound certification (CWS, CWCN, WCC, CWON, WOC, AWCC) or commitment to complete within 1 year
• Experience with clinical charting, incident reporting and investigation response

Responsibilities

• Lead and integrate aSkin Health and Wound management program with nursing center management
• Act as clinical expert for skin, wound, and incontinent products; oversee DME related to wounds
• Collaborate with interprofessional team to ensure standards of care for wound management
