Job summary

Qualifications

• RN with active license in applicable State.
• Prior wound care experience preferred.
• 1 year geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients.
• Identify, manage, and treat skin disorders and lesions.
• Educate CNAs on positioning, training, and skin care.
• Evaluate patient needs through assessment; revise treatment plans with physician and IDT.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism.
• Assist in evacuation of patients and ensure safety.

Education

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing
