Job summary

Life Care Center of Andover seeks a Treatment Coordinator (RN) to provide primary skin care under physician direction. You will work with the nursing team to educate CNAs, assess and adjust treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires an RN license, an accredited nursing degree, and preferred wound care and geriatric experience, with CPR certification on hire or during orientation.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.
• Currently licensed/registered as an RN in the applicable state.
• Prior wound care experience preferred.
• One year geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation and kept current.

Responsibilities

• Knowledgeably deliver quality nursing care to patients.
• Identify, manage, and treat specific skin disorders and lesions.
• Educate CNAs on proper positioning, training, and skin care.
• Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and coordinate with physician and IDT.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and maintain professionalism.
• Assist in evacuation of patients.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English; work in an interdisciplinary team.
