Maxim Healthcare's Skills Advancement Training Program offers Registered Nurses a unique opportunity to gain hands-on nursing experience in the homecare setting, with personalized mentorship and real-world patient care experiences.

You'll work alongside experienced Maxim clinicians who provide one-on-one guidance, real-time feedback, and ongoing support as you develop critical nursing skills in the homecare setting.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license in Wisconsin.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• 1 year+ nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
• Assess, monitor, and document patients' physical and emotional health status.
• Identify changes in patient conditions and communicate findings appropriately.
• Develop and implement individualized care interventions.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
