Job summary

Lanessa Extended Care in Webster, MA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team. You will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants to maintain high-quality care.

Responsibilities include implementing care plans, administering medications, following physicians' orders, and documenting notes. We offer full-time and part-time schedules with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited school.
CPR certification required.
Current active RN license in Massachusetts or pursuing licensure.
New graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident.
Maintain current resident care plans on all residents under your care.
Follow physician's orders and transcribe orders promptly and accurately.
Review patient records daily to assure accuracy and completeness.
Document comprehensive and complete nursing notes.
Visit each resident daily to evaluate resident needs.
Administer medication according to procedure.
Comply with facility Privacy Practices Policies and Procedures and protect residents' individual health information.
