Charlestown Place at New Albany is actively seeking an RN to deliver compassionate nursing care in our Skilled Nursing community in New Albany, IN. Qualifications

• Active RN license in Indiana (or multi-state)
• Experience in skilled nursing/long-term care preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing setting
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Observe residents for changes in condition and report updates to the care team
• Partner with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards
