Charlestown Place at New Albany is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality care in our Skilled Nursing community. Full-time and part-time roles are available, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and competitive pay of $27–$31 per hour.

New Albany, IN-based opportunity offers flexible scheduling options including weekday shifts and a Weekend Warrior Program with 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Indiana or a multi-state license.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing setting.
• Administer medications and treatments per care plans.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Observe residents for changes and report updates to the care team.
• Partner with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
