Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for intermittent visits in the Phoenix area. You will treat infants, children, and adolescents according to the plan of care, administer medications and therapies, and document all activities and nursing actions performed in the home setting.

Responsibilities include wound care, central line management, feeding tube care, patient and family education, and coordination of care with physicians and other health professionals.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona (or compact state) registered nurse license in good standing.
• PICC/Central line experience highly preferred.
• CPR for healthcare providers required.
• Ability to provide direct patient care in home setting.

Responsibilities

• Treat infants, children, and adolescents per plan of care.
• Administer prescribed meds, treatments and therapies.
• Document actions, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and care coordination.
