MGA Homecare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our home health team. Full-Time and Part-Time shifts including 8, 10, and 12 hour options are available, with day and night shifts. New graduates welcome and a sign-on bonus up to $1500.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in good standing (required).
• Six months of recent experience as a Nurse in a clinical care setting (preferred).
• Home health experience (preferred).
• Attention to detail, time management, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Good organization and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications, treatments and therapies.
• Document nursing actions, assessments, responses and coordination of care.
• Educate patient and family on disease process, self-care techniques and prevention.
• Provide holistic care in the patient’s home.
