Job summary

A premier senior living community in Lititz, PA is seeking an organized and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for its Skilled Nursing‑Rehab Unit. The RN will work a full-time schedule, including on-call weekends and every-other holiday rotation. The position offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and generous paid time off. Applicants must be licensed in Pennsylvania, CPR certified, and preferably have long-term care nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed by the Pennsylvania Board of Nursing.
• Must be CPR Certified.

Responsibilities

• Monitors/assesses physical/emotional status of residents.
• Makes rounds with physicians as necessary.
• Documents response to medications and prepares reports.
• Administers medications according to established procedures.
• Takes charge of a unit and monitors resident care delivery.
