Job summary

The Springs at Boca Ciega Bay is actively hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for our 109-bed skilled nursing facility in St. Petersburg, FL. This full-time, on-site role offers hourly pay up to $38.25, plus Daily Pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Walk-in interviews are held daily (except Thursdays) from 10 AM to 3 PM. We focus on long-term and rehabilitative care, requiring Florida RN licensure and at least 1 year of medical/surgical nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a basic education program in professional nursing.
• Current RN license in state of practice (Florida).
• Minimum of 1 year medical/surgical nursing experience in acute or long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing care consistent with the Nurse Practice Act and facility policies.
• Assesses, plans and evaluates nursing care for long-term and rehabilitation patients.
• Delivers care and implements patient care plans; evaluates response.
• Directs and supervises care provided by other nursing staff.
