Job summary

The Springs at Boca Ciega Bay is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for a part-time, hourly pay role at our 109-bed skilled nursing facility in St. Petersburg, FL. The position offers competitive pay, Daily Pay, and immediate openings with walk-in interviews daily 10 AM-3 PM.

Responsibilities include assessing, planning and delivering nursing care, supervising other staff, and educating patients/families. Florida AHCA background screening is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a basic education program in professional nursing.
• Minimum of one year medical/surgical nursing experience in acute or long-term care (acute/critical care preferred).
• Must possess a current RN license in state(s) of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and evaluate nursing care for patients/residents in long-term and/or rehabilitative care.
• Deliver nursing care according to the patient/resident plan of care and evaluate response.
• Direct and supervise care provided by other nursing personnel.
• Maintain knowledge of documentation requirements.
• Provide patient/resident/family education as appropriate.
• Work rotating shifts, holidays and weekends as scheduled.
