Job summary

The Springs at Boca Ciega Bay is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 109-bed skilled nursing facility in St. Petersburg, FL. The role offers competitive hourly pay up to $38.25, Daily Pay, health insurance, PTO and a supportive team environment.

Walk-In Interviews are held daily (except Thursday) from 10 AM to 3 PM with no appointment needed. The facility focuses on long-term care and rehabilitation, with opportunities for overtime and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a basic education program in professional nursing.
• A minimum of one year medical/surgical nursing experience in an acute care or long-term care setting.
• Must possess a current RN license in state(s) of practice; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans and evaluates nursing care for long-term and/or rehabilitation patients.
• Delivers nursing care in long-term and/or rehabilitative settings.
• Directs and supervises care provided by other nursing personnel.
• Maintains documentation requirements and stays compliant with policies.
• Works rotating shifts, holidays and weekends as scheduled.
