The Springs at Boca Ciega Bay in St. Petersburg, FL is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for part-time shifts. The facility offers competitive pay up to $38.25 per hour, Daily Pay, Health Insurance, and a supportive team environment. Walk-in interviews are held daily except Thursdays from 10 AM to 3 PM.

Responsibilities include nursing care planning, patient assessment, and supervising other nursing staff in long-term and rehabilitative care. Florida AHCA background screening is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a basic education program in professional nursing.
• Must possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in state(s) of practice. Must have a reliable source of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans and evaluates nursing care delivered to patients/residents requiring long-term and/or rehabilitation care.
• Directs and supervises care provided by other nursing personnel.
• Implements the patient/resident plan of care and evaluates the patient/resident response.
• Maintains knowledge of documentation requirements.
