Job summary

The Vistas at Bettendorf in Bettendorf, IA seeks a licensed RN for part-time or full-time night shifts (6p-6a) to lead nursing staff and deliver compassionate elder care. You will implement nursing standards, coordinate with physicians for diagnostic and therapeutic services, and develop individualized care plans including rehabilitative activities.

Strong communication with residents’ families is essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Iowa.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to nursing personnel assigned to your unit/shift.
• Implement and maintain established nursing objectives and standards.
• Professional communication with family members regarding the resident's condition and progress.
• Evaluate resident needs and develop individualized care plans including rehabilitative activities.
• Receive/give nursing reports to/from the Charge Nurse on shift changes.
• Arrange for diagnostic and therapeutic services as ordered by the physician.
