Job summary

The Vistas at Bettendorf is seeking an RN for part-time or full-time night shift (6p-6a) to lead nursing staff in Bettendorf, IA. The incumbent will provide compassionate care, maintain standards, and communicate resident progress with families and physicians.

Responsibilities include developing care plans, coordinating services, and ensuring high-quality restorative and preventive care for seniors in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Iowa.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to nursing personnel on unit/shift.
• Implement and maintain nursing objectives and standards.
• Communicate with family about resident condition and progress.
• Evaluate resident needs and assist in developing care plans including rehabilitative activities.
• Relay nursing report to Charge Nurse at shift report.
• Coordinate diagnostic and therapeutic services as ordered by physician.
