Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Sullivan, MO is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team. You will deliver high-quality nursing care, assess patient needs, adjust care plans as conditions change, and supervise CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.

Qualifications include a nursing diploma, active RN license, CPR certification, and preferred 1 year of skilled nursing experience. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered along with opportunities for growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
Currently licensed/registered in applicable State and maintain RN license in good standing.
CPR certification upon hire or during orientation and kept current.
One year skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Implement and interpret department goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude toward patients.
Use reasoning and good judgment; concentrate and function on an interdisciplinary team.
Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs and collaborate with the care team.
