Job summary

Life Care Centers of America seeks a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team of professionals. A $7,500 sign-on bonus for full-time RNs highlights our commitment to attracting skilled caregivers dedicated to patient-centered care.

The RN will deliver compassionate nursing care, assess patient needs, and coordinate care plans while supervising CNAs and LPNs within a multidisciplinary team. An active RN license and CPR are required, with pediatric and geriatric skills valued.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s) required.
• Currently licensed/registered as an RN in the applicable state.
• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification at hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients through direct care and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans as condition changes.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.
