Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team and provide quality nursing care in a skilled nursing setting. You will assess patients, adjust care plans, and supervise CNAs and LPNs to ensure high standards of patient well-being.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license in good standing, with a nursing diploma or degree and CPR certification; one year of skilled nursing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma (associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing).
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State; active RN license in good standing.
• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification at hire or during orientation and maintain current during employment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality nursing care to patients.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
• Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans as patient condition changes.
• Communicate and function on an interdisciplinary team.
