Job summary

Continental Springs is actively hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical leadership and hands-on skilled nursing care to residents. The RN will assess residents, develop care plans, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role involves administering medications, collaborating with providers and families, and upholding regulatory standards. Full-Time Day or Night shifts available, with every other weekend required.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills
• Ability to lead, mentor, and support nursing staff
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care as a Registered Nurse (RN), including comprehensive resident assessments
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Provide clinical oversight and guidance to nursing staff during assigned shifts
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Monitor resident condition changes and intervene appropriately
• Communicate effective with providers, residents, and families
• Ensure documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with regulations
• Support quality initiatives, infection control practices, and resident safety
