CommonSpirit Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Skilled Nursing Care unit. The role supervises nursing activities, ensures high-quality care, and follows policies for medication and treatments.

Qualifications

One year of experience in care of the aged, acutely ill, chronically ill, and patients in need of restorative care.
Active RN license in California
BLS certification required
English proficiency in speaking and writing; able to follow nursing care principles and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to patients and supervise nursing activities.
Document legibly, timely, and accurately using the electronic documentation system.
Communicate clearly using medical terminology and report abnormal changes to the physician or team.
Assist with admissions, discharges, transfers, and manage workload per unit policies.
Identify changes in patient conditions and ensure prompt physician follow-up and proper documentation.
