The ideal candidate holds a valid RN license, demonstrates strong clinical assessment and communication skills, and is committed to delivering safe, individualized care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license required.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care per care plans and orders.
• Assess residents and report changes promptly to the care team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
• Supervise CNA staff and nursing team members as appropriate.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and physicians.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and progress.
• Respond to changes in residents' conditions and needs.
• Promote dignity, safety, and quality of life for residents.
• Follow infection control and facility policies; participate in ongoing education.
