Royal Middletown Nursing and Rehab – AuthentiCare Health Centers is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team. You will assess residents, coordinate care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.

The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), vacation and more.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in the state of employment.
• Strong nursing principles and clinical assessment knowledge.
• Excellent clinical judgment and ability to respond to changes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents and families.
• Ability to maintain accurate clinical records and confidentiality.
• Solid organizational skills in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Commitment to resident dignity and high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and policies.
• Monitor vital signs and progress, addressing changes promptly.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, and other professionals.
• Educate residents and families about conditions, meds, and discharge plans.
• Maintain timely medical record documentation in the EMR.
• Participate in care planning and case management for continuity.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and quality procedures.
• Support residents in skilled, long-term, subacute, and memory care.
