Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of practice.
• 1-3 years of clinical environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care by reviewing physician prescriptions and communicating the nursing care plan to the health care team.
• Develop nursing care plans by obtaining medical histories, examining patients, and documenting condition.
• Teach patients and families about conditions, medications, and self-care.
• Evaluate patient care and modify plans to meet changing needs.
• Maintain safe and compliant patient care environment per policies and regulations.
• Document patient care services in charted records.
