Avera McKennan is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive nursing care at our facility. You will work rotating 12-hour shifts across days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, contributing to patient care plans and coordinating with the health care team.

The ideal candidate has RN licensure and at least some clinical experience. A sign-on bonus may be available with a 3-year commitment; promotional opportunities and a patient-centered work environment are emphasized.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse (RN) - Board of Nursing
• Active license in the state of practice
• 1-3 years experience in a clinical environment (preferred)

Aufgaben

• Provides patient care by reviewing physician prescriptions; communicates the nursing care plan to the healthcare team
• Develops nursing care plans by assessing medical history and patient condition, and coordinating with family
• Teaches patients and families about conditions, medications, and self-care
• Evaluates patient care by monitoring outcomes and adjusting care plans as needed
• Maintains infection-control and safety standards and documents care in patient records
