Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license required (NH or compact).
• BCLS certified or within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certified or within 1 year of hire.
• BSN strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in the assigned unit and coordinate care planning.
• Adhere to hospital policies, ANA standards of practice, and nursing code of ethics.
• Ensure safe medication and IV administration and transcription.
• Mentor/Precept new employees and support professional development.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing evaluations.
