Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care planning with other disciplines.
• Adhere to ANA standards of practice and hospital policies.
• Perform accurate medication and IV administration and transcription.
• Document promptly and accurately in the patient record.
• Conduct patient and family education and discharge planning.
• Engage in professional growth and cross-training across units.
