Job summary

Tenet Healthcare seeks an experienced registered nurse to provide direct patient care in Tucson, AZ. You will implement and monitor care plans, coordinate with the multidisciplinary team, and support discharge planning. Licensure in Arizona (or compact) and BLS are required, with potential sign-on bonus based on eligibility.

Responsibilities include medication administration, documentation, and patient/family education to ensure safe, coordinated care from admission through discharge.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Experience: One year as an RN.
• Licensure/Certifications: Arizona Nursing License or compact state license; BLS.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with policies, procedures and protocols.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans; document and communicate patient condition.
• Coordinate discharge planning with healthcare team; ensure safe transitions.
• Medication administration and provision of ordered treatments.
• Supervise and educate patient/family; support care coordination.
