LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for short-term contract and full-time roles. You will provide personalized patient care, assess needs, and collaborate with healthcare teams in diverse home care settings.

Full-time RNs will support recovery, deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, and work with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate services. CPR certification required; RN license current.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required across states as applicable.
• CPR certification required.
• CRRN certification preferred; rehabilitation experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise treatments and coordinate patient care in home settings.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families.
