Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide patient care using the nursing process in a homecare setting. You will ensure safety, maintain patient rights and confidentiality, and coordinate with department teams to uphold standards.

Responsibilities include delivering safe nursing care, assessing patient needs, and collaborating with colleagues to evaluate care outcomes. Active MO/compact RN license and BLS are required; ACLS/PALS/NRP or other certifications

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in the applicable state or compact licensure.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift 50 pounds; prolonged standing and walking.
• Physical ability to perform gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, or specialty certifications as required.

• Deliver safe, competent nursing care, assess patient needs, and perform duties in alignment with mission and values.
