Job summary

Qualifications

• Nursing degree preferred (ADN or BSN).
• Active BLS certification and RN license valid in practice state.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to promote positive outcomes.
• Serve as patient advocate, addressing concerns and providing health education.
• Coordinate care efforts, communicate with patients, families, and care team members.
• Document patient assessments, care activities, and incidents accurately.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.
• Mentor and support professional growth of colleagues, fostering a positive work environment.
• Maintain professional licensure, certifications, and stay current with industry best practices.
