Community Medical Centers seeks a Clinical Nurse in our Surgical and Procedural Services to deliver patient care in surgical and procedural areas, guided by Title 22/16, ANA standards, and a commitment to nursing excellence. The RN will participate in continued education and research while maintaining high professional standards.

Requirements include a graduate of an approved nursing program, California RN license, and BLS certification; Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Surgical and Procedural (S&P) Services - Clinical Nurse (CN) delivers patient care within the surgical and procedural areas through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs with the highest professional standard while promoting nursing excellence through continued education and research, based on the Title 22 and Title 16, the ANA Scope & Standards of Practice, the Code of Ethics.

Qualifications

Education

• Graduate of approved nursing program required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred

Experience

• 2 or more years of inpatient RN experience highly preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Current State of California Registered Nurse license required
• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
