Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license.
• Supervisory experience in hospital, long-term care, or related setting required.
• Inpatient, palliative care, and staff-management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in documentation and computer use.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff and ensure quality patient care.
• Coordinate patient care and collaborate with physicians.
• Supervise medication administration and other nursing services.
• Conduct nursing rounds and monitor resident progress.
• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Educate staff, residents, and families.
• Support the nursing team and assist with facility operations as needed.
