Complete Care at Manitowoc is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Shift Supervisor to lead the nursing team on each shift, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee medication administration and treatment protocols, and maintain a safe, compassionate care environment.

This role emphasizes patient care coordination, care plan development, regular nursing rounds, collaboration with physicians, and staff mentoring to uphold quality outcomes in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Active RN in good standing.
• Experience: prior experience in long-term care or related facility.
• Strong leadership, communication, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervision & Leadership: Supervise shift nursing staff to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines. Monitor clinical tasks, including medication distribution and treatment protocols.
• Patient Care Coordination: Assess resident needs, develop care plans, conduct regular nursing rounds, and coordinate with physicians to ensure quality outcomes.
• Education & Quality Assurance: Provide ongoing guidance to staff, residents, and families. Track treatments and ensure all documentation is HIPAA-compliant.
• Team Collaboration: Work independently and collaboratively to fulfill operational duties, assisting the DON, ADON, and Administrator as needed.
