Job summary

Pensacola-Nursing-and-Rehabilitation-Center is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team for 7a-7p shifts. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, you will supervise nursing staff and oversee daily activities to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications include a current RN license, IV certification, CPR/BLS, and at least two years of clinical nursing experience, with geriatrics or subacute care preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• Peripheral IV certification.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience.
• One year of management experience (preferred).
• One year of experience in geriatrics or subacute care.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; additional languages helpful.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the daily delivery of nursing care and evaluate staff performance.
• Plan and conduct regular shift staff meetings to identify and resolve concerns.
• Identify problems or potential issues in resident care and implement corrective action.
• Provide written and verbal reports or recommendations to the Director of Nursing.
• Assist in coordinating nursing services with other resident services to support continuity of care.
