Job summary

FutureCare Associates, Inc. is seeking an RN Shift Supervisor to lead a dedicated nursing team in our community. This role focuses on supervising nursing staff, coordinating resident care, and ensuring high standards of clinical excellence.

The ideal candidate holds an active Maryland RN license, a Bachelor's in Nursing, and prior supervisory experience. CPR certification is required, with growth opportunities across our facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
• 1-3 years of managerial or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Salary Disclosure Statement

• Salary Range $40.50-$56.00/HR***

The salary mentioned above reflects the potential base pay range for this role. Bonuses or other incentives (if applicable) are offered separately and paid pursuant to the relevant program schedule. All employment offers will consider such factors as overall experience, job-related qualifications, location, certifications/training, etc.

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibilities include supervision of all nursing personnel and nursing related functions on a specific shift
• Duties involve assessing staffing and resident needs and directing care
• Works predominately with an adult geriatric population
• Serves as role model for staff through provision of safe, effective and efficient nursing care. Supervises clinical aspects of nursing.
• Manages day to day operations of Nursing Department
• Interfaces with others to insure efficient unit operations.
• Seeks opportunities for own growth and expansion of responsibilities to maintain clinical competency

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Registered Nurse license issued in the state of Maryland
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university strongly preferred
• 1-3 years of managerial experience and proven leadership skills a plus
• Previous experience caring for residents in an acute or skilled nursing facility
• Must possess a current CPR license
