FutureCare in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver resident care and ensure nursing plans meet state and federal guidelines.

You will review records, implement physician orders, and participate in professional growth. Competitive hourly pay with shift differentials and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Registered Nurse license.
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Experience caring for residents in acute or long-term care is a plus.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Assist in delivering resident care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Review resident medical records to ensure nursing practice complies with State and Federal guidelines.
• Review referrals for consultation, treatment or resolution of problems for nursing plans.
• Evaluate and monitor resident responses to daily care to ensure plans are met.
• Implement physician orders and nursing interventions as needed.
• Seek opportunities for professional growth and expansion of responsibilities.
• Set and implement goals and policies aligned with FutureCare’s philosophy.

The salary mentioned above reflects the potential base pay range for this role. Bonuses or other incentives (if applicable) are offered separately and paid pursuant to the relevant program schedule. All employment offers will consider such factors as overall experience, job-related qualifications, location, certifications/training, etc.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting in the delivery of resident care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Review resident medical records to ensure nursing practice provided is within State and Federal guidelines
• Review all referrals for consultation, treatment or resolution of problems are valid and applicable to the documented nurse plans
• Evaluate and monitor resident responses to daily implementation of nursing care to ensure the provision of resident care plans are met
• Implement physician’s orders, nursing interventions and procedures as needed for the care of the resident
• Seeks opportunities for professional growth and expansion of responsibilities to maintain competency levels
• Set and implement goals and policies consistent with the philosophy and purpose of FutureCare’s nursing facility

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Registered Nurse license issued in the state of Maryland
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred
• Previous experience caring for residents in an acute or long-term health care facility a plus
• Must possess a current CPR license
