You will ensure high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and coordinated interdisciplinary collaboration across the facility.

Starting pay for this position is $35.00 per hour, with on-call rotation every fifth week and solid full-time shifts.

Qualifications

• RN license required; BSN preferred.
• Proven experience in nursing supervision or leadership roles.
• Experience with discharge planning and inter-disciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement patient care plans with interdisciplinary teams.
• Oversee medication administration and monitor patient responses to treatments.
• Conduct regular health assessments and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Facilitate discharge planning for smooth transitions.

Summary

As a Nursing Supervisor at Certus Healthcare Management, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality patient care and overseeing nursing staff within our communities. This position is essential for maintaining our commitment to excellence and personalized service.

Starting pay for this position, based on experience, is $ 35.00

Shifts available: Will be discussed during interview process.

This position includes being a part of the On-Call rotation for the clinical management team at Cedar Hill Healthcare & Rehabilitation. Being a part of the On-Call rotation means you will have On-Call responsibilities every 5th week of the rotation.

• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with staff, patients, and families.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in discharge planning and airway management is a plus.
